UPDATED I am updating this posting to correct link errors and because my Java has updated to version 1.8.51 After the Java update I checked to ensure that Airview was still working to discover it failed to load with the error 'JAVA path not found' so I have updated the process to get it working and have documented it here WARNING - DO NOT PLUG IN THE USB Airview Analyzer Prior to installing the Airview Application Start browser and search for 'Java Verify' which, when run, checks for a java installed on PC and if it's the latest version and if not it will prompt you to upgrade. Why does its name indicate it's a 64 bit app, and why does it install into the 64 bit Program Files folder, when it is, in fact, a 32 bit app? Why does it target a specific version of Java, or given that it does, why don't they make a copy of that version available?

So they have not just dropped this product, they have all but orphaned it entirely? To anyone trying to make it work, you'll need the 32 bit edition of jre 1.6. At this moment it can be had here: but that could change. (Old versions aren't on the java site anymore.) Keeping it installed can be a PITA as java updates want to remove all older versions, so you'll want to keep the installer, you may need it again. When you start AirView it will prompt you for the folder location of jre 1.6, which by default will be C: Program Files(x86) Java jre6 Note: If you copy./jre6 to another location and point AirView there it doesn't matter if it later gets uninstalled.
