If you mean how to add new torrents so that they appear in all tab, just download torrent file via browser (be sure its extension is '.torrent') or place torrent file manually in shared/downloads folder by means of file manager. When PlayTorrent is active it is looking for new torrent files there (shared/downloads) every 5 seconds. If torrent file is found PlayTorrent moves it to its app folder and adds to torent list in All tab. If by some reason torrent file disappeared from shared/downloads but is not shown in All tab, then it was of bad (damaged/unsupported) format.
